Before you start
Is there a contract?
No. You pay per property, monthly or yearly, and can cancel at any time.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first 6 months are free and no card is needed to start. We remind you well before anything is charged.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. Bookings through your own website are paid into your own Stripe account, and SortedStay takes no commission. Stripe charges its standard card fee.
Is VAT included?
All prices are in GBP. SortedStay is operated by Offer2Stay Ltd, which is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
